This beautiful Hamsa Pendant is part of the hand-made collection of Ester Shahaf, a renowned Israeli artist who enjoys popularity within and outside of Israel. The Hamsa is an ancient amulet that originates in the Middle East and Africa and is believed to protect the wearer from the evil eye and negative forces. Ester Shahaf created a stunning modern-day-interpretation of this amulet using Swarovski crystals and beads on a delicately painted enamel background.
Ester Shahaf graduated from Tel Aviv University in costume and theatre design and combines her knowledge with her natural talent to create incredible hand-crafted pieces that beautifully reflect the cultural rainbow that is Israel.
